Boot and stud choice, pitch assessment, load management and return-to-play decisions based on data.
For clubs
The TraqSafe test rig measures the traction between boot and turf in lab quality – with real boots, under realistic loads, directly on your pitch. For better performance and fewer injuries.
Existing data is subjective and unreliable.
Our test rig measures what has so far been estimated – with the real boot, directly on your pitch.
A mobile traction test rig: it measures how boot and playing surface interact under realistic loads – where the game is played.
Mobile and self-powered, right on the pitch. Can also be used in the lab if needed.
Forces and moments between boot and ground – objective and reproducible.
Individually adjustable lower-leg axis and ankle, plus a flexible foot model.
The effects of turf age, weather and maintenance become measurable.
The prototype is currently being built. In 2027, we will show it in action.

With the Traqometry software, results are ready within minutes – prepared for your role, from sports science and pitch management to product development.
As soon as the measurement data is transferred, the results are ready in Traqometry.
From sports science and pitch management to product development.
Every result is traceable and comes with a quality check.
Even without a network on the pitch, data is transferred as soon as a connection is available.

Boot and stud choice, pitch assessment, load management and return-to-play decisions based on data.
For clubs
Compare pitch zones, evaluate maintenance and document pitch quality across the season.
For stadiums
Compare prototypes, stud designs and outsoles reproducibly – on real playing surfaces instead of samples.

Our test rig is backed by almost two decades of traction research at the Technical University of Munich. Founder Karlo Condic researched the interaction between boot and ground there, including the influence of stud design, soil moisture and turf age on traction. We have rethought what was previously only possible in a research setting: the test rig is an independent development – mobile, automated and designed for professional sport.
We will select a small number of pilot partners: clubs, stadiums and manufacturers who will be the first to use the test rig and help shape how it is applied.

We would like to talk to sports scientists, medical staff, pitch managers and product developers. 30 minutes, no obligation.
